Kyle Blain Showcases Artwork at Clackmannan Primary School

I recently had the pleasure of showcasing my work to the bright and curious children at Clackmannan Primary School, my former school! It was a great experience, thanks to the warm welcome and engaging questions from the students. Their enthusiasm and curiosity made the afternoon incredibly rewarding.

Returning to Clackmannan Primary after so many years was very nostalgic. Having left in 2014, it was cool to see the changes and developments that have taken place since then. So much had changed yet there were parts that were undeniably recognisable!

It was great to catch up with my former teachers as well!

I am very glad and very fortunate to be in the position to give the children the opportunity to view artwork in a gallery setup, and have them experience it for possibly the first time! I also think it helps to be a local face they could hopefully relate to. I hoped to inspire some of the students and to show them the rewards that come from creating art and showing it is possible to make a career of it if they really want to!
